Warranty Claims
the-knife-connection does not warranty the items that we sell. All warranty
claims are to be handled directly with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policies.
Please do not send your knife to the-knife-connection for warranty service as this will delay the process and
incur more expense. If warranty information is not included with your knife, please visit the manufacturers web site for warranty information. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need
help with a warranty claim.
Typographical Errors
Every effort is made to be sure that the information provided on this site is
accurate and correct but occasionally an error may occur. We are not liable for
any product informational typographical errors on this website. If you find an
error on this website, please notify us so that we can correct it. In the event
that an item is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect
price even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your
credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price will be issued.
