Low One Price Shipping

Shipping is a flat charge of $7.95 so no matter how large your order may be, YOU ONLY PAY $7.95! Most parcels are shipped by the United States Postal Service but some are shipped by UPS. Normal order fulfillment time is within 24 hours and many orders are filled the same day that they are received. Please contact me if you need overnight shipping (additional shipping charges will apply).

Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

My satisfaction guarantee is simple… If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days for an exchange on a different item or get a complete refund subject to the following terms: 1. the knife can not be re-sharpened 2. it must be in new condition as when sent 3. the packaging must be in new condition with all original paperwork 4. you must call to get a RMA number (which is good for 30 days) prior to returning your item 5. a photocopy of the original sales receipt with the RMA number written on it must be returned with the knife.

If you are returning a knife for a refund, the free knife must also be returned. The free knife that is being returned with the purchased knife must also meet the stated terms of 1, 2 & 3 above.

If you want to exchange a purchased knife, you do not need to return the free knife and the purchased knife will be exchanged according to the terms stated here.

If the above conditions are not met, a proportional amount of up to 50% may be deducted from the refund.

Return items must be sent with the shipping prepaid and we suggest that you insure the package as you are
responsible for risk of loss on all returned packages. We also suggest that you make sure to pack the container properly for return as the-knife-connection will not issue credit for product damaged while being sent back to us due to poor packaging and/or handling practices. Shipping on returned items is nonrefundable. We do not issue call tags for product returns. If an item is returned for an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item.

Shipping Discrepancies

It is your responsibility to make sure that you received all of the items as shown on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within five days makes it difficult to accurately determine the problem so
discrepancies reported after five days will not be credited regardless of circumstances.
