FREE Shipping

Shipping is FREE on every order no matter how large your order may be to anywhere in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii! Most parcels are shipped by the United States Postal Service but some are shipped by UPS. Normal order fulfillment time is within 24 hours and many orders are filled the same day that they are received. Please contact me if you need overnight shipping (additional shipping charges will apply).

Orders From Outside Of The USA

Orders from outside of the U. S. A. are welcome and can be placed on our website. All international shipments are sent by the United States Postal Service.

The shipping charge for orders sent to Canada is $5.00 & to all other countries is $12.00. The shipping amount is automatically added at checkout. These amounts are for First Class Mail with NO insurance & includes shipments up to 2 pounds (this will cover most shipments for 1 or 2 knives). We will contact you if your order requires additional shipping charges. Most shipments sent by First Class Mail to countries outside of the USA will arrive in 7 - 14 days. Please contact us if you would like Express Mail to speed up the delivery time & we will provide you with a quote.

Shipping insurance is availble for most countries through the United States Postal Service. The total shipping charge with insurance for up to $200.00 & up to 2 pounds to Canada is $21.00 & to all other countries is $26.00.

Insured international shipments require that the service be upgraded to International Priority Mail which is included in the stated costs.

Please state in the message section at checkout if you want insurance & we will charge the additional amount on your credit card or send a Money Request through PayPal. We will contact you if the amount is over $26.00.

If you state that you want insurance & it is not available for your country, we will contact you.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING A KNIFE, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT IT IS LEGAL TO OWN WHERE YOU RESIDE. THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE & THE-KNIFE-CONNECTION ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS CONFISCATED BY YOUR COUNTRYS CUSTOMS.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

My satisfaction guarantee is simple… If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days for an exchange on a different item or get a complete refund subject to the following terms: 1. the knife can not be re-sharpened 2. it must be in new condition as when sent 3. the packaging must be in new condition with all original paperwork 4. you must call to get a RMA number (which is good for 30 days) prior to returning your item 5. a photocopy of the original sales receipt with the RMA number written on it must be returned with the knife.

If the above conditions are not met, a proportional amount of up to 50% may be deducted from the refund.

Exchanged items are subject to a $6.95 return shipping charge.

Return items must be sent with the shipping prepaid and we suggest that you insure the package as you are responsible for risk of loss on all returned packages. We also suggest that you make sure to pack the container properly for return as the-knife-connection will not issue credit for product damaged while being sent back to us due to poor packaging and/or handling practices. Shipping on returned items is nonrefundable. We do not issue call tags for product returns. If an item is returned for an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item.

Shipping Discrepancies

It is your responsibility to make sure that you received all of the items as shown on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within five days makes it difficult to accurately determine the problem so
discrepancies reported after five days will not be credited regardless of circumstances.
